Motor symptoms: Mirapex (pramipexole) is good for the motor symptoms of parkinson disease. It should help the tremors, rigidity, and to some degree the bradykinesia. Mirapex (pramipexole) also has good data for depression, which is very common in parkinson disease. It will not help symptoms such as dementia, and may aggravate things like hallucinations and hypotension.
