Yes, uncertain, yes: There is no uterine scarring after a properly performed and uncomplicated D&C and infertility is very unlikely. Obviously the more D&C's you have the greater the chance that a complication could occur so it is best you keep them to a minimum, but there is no critical number. Pregnancy can definitely occur with uterine scarring, depending in part on how extensive it is.
