Frustration is a: Feeling of being blocked from any goal. Many people want to throw things when frustrated but this can be a distructive use of anger/frustration. Constructive use of anger/frusration would be to avoid throwing something and working out, talking it out after cooling down, etc. If this is causing you social or personal distress seek out a mental health professional for anger management training.
