Hi,my 1 yr old twin has small bumps all over her back an body. we recently had a penicillin antibiotic for the viral infection an it went away whilst on the course. what could it be?

Likely the virus: Why anyone would take antibiotics for a virus is confusing. Many viral illnesses end in a bump/rash phase as the illness winds down. The description is certainly not classic for a penicillin issue.
