My 18 month baby has a very blocked nose, what can i give him to help him to breathe better through his nose and not just his mouth?

No meds: Infancy is troubled by narrow nasal passages & exposure to dust, fragrances, smoke & other irritants.Baby tries to flush these out of the nose with mucous but this often ends as congestion & produces rattling with breathing. The best rx is washing out the nose with saline & suctioning the remainder. Eliminate irritants from infants environment & this will happen less.
