A member asked:

Am having chest pains, difficulty in breathing, coughing and vomiting?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Trouble breathing?: If a person is having trouble breathing, talking, or swallowing, then it is safer to call 911 and have the ambulance take her to the Emergency Room, instead of driving there in a private car. If there is wheezing or chest pain, it may be more serious. A doctor's evaluation and treatment would be needed now. People in their 20's more commonly have lung problems rather than heart attacks, though.
