I get temporary hives sometimes when i walk in the cold or heat. it always goes away in 10-15 minutes as my temperature modulates. should i be concerned?

Hives : Heat induced hives is cholinergic urticaria. Rare cases of both heat and cold induced hives has been reported. It is treated w/ anti histamines -at times both H1& H 2 blockers . Histamine is usually the cause. Cold induced urticaria may be due to cryoglobulins. F/u/ w/ MD for treatment & to check for underlying immune/chronic issue
