Hip pain: Bilateral bursitis of the hip may be the problem. Taking anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or naproxen for a week could be effective. You could also try alternating warm and cold compresses several times a day. If symptoms don't improve, I recommend consulting a rheumatologist or orthopedic specialist.
