Cognitive therapy: I recommend that you consult a psychologist or psychiatrist who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy. This doesn't dwell on the mechanism of your anxiety or utilize medications, but emphasizes how to deal with, channel and avoid the anxious thoughts and moments and turn them around so they will work for you instead of hold you back.

See a specialist: Anxiety is extremely common, so you are not alone in this! (Estimates are anywhere from 9-30% of the teen population.) I recommend seeing a licensed therapist that has experience treating anxiety. until then ,void watching news on TV, or websites that cause you anxiety, and instead to try to focus on things that help you to relax. Exercise can help, as can finding a hobby that keeps your interest.
