I have episodes of pain on my right hand side of my face, temple down to the jaws, teeth and palette. it comes and goes. very painful. what could it be.

Episodic pain: Differential diagnosis would include trigeminal neuralgia, tic douloureux, TMJ, infected tooth/teeth, parotid gland dysfunction, facial nerve damage, gum/bone infection, infected sinus, neoplasm, etc. see your Dentist to start the diagnostic process. You will need hands-on Examination, imaging, and lab tests, perhaps from numerous practitioners each contributing to the correct answer.
