This actually: deserves a complete evaluation. At your age possible early Type 2 Diabetes or a "Prediabetic state" is a possibility. (Producing MORE insulin than required an "early" Beta Cell (insulin producing cells in the Pancreas) response to insulin resistance a KEY element in Diasbetes Type 2. Suggest evaluation by your PCP..
