Hi doc. i have a serious toothache and currently taking warfarin and epilim to thin my blood. i would like to use some boiled aloe water to rinse my mouth with. can i continue?

Toothache: My suggestion is that you see a dentist ASAP. A serious toothache usually will not resolve on its own. Boiled aloe water will most likely have absolutely no effect on your problem. Problems with teeth have to actually be treated by a dentist, there is no medication that will cure an abscessed or decayed tooth.

Hi yourself: Toothache almost always means infection, which cannot be cured with aloe, aspirin, ibuprofen, salves, poultices, snake oil, or any other OTC or homeopathic. You need immediate dental treatment as infection, especially with your current meds, can be quite dangerous. See a Dentist immediately. Repot full medical history and all meds/OTC's/supplements. Go now.
