i have a sharp pain between my shoulder blades on my right side and it moves the back to the front almost to the liver side, but i am not sure if it is the liver or lungs?

Can be neither: It can very much be muscles, bones or nerves in your chest wall. NSAIDS, unless contraindicated, would help, warm compresses too, besides resting the area and avoid lifting heavy objects and have a correct posture while sitting/driving, if no improvement or symptoms are severe and uncontrollable see your doctor for evaluation, best wishes
