Chest pain: Likely atypical chest pain but depending on circumstances and aggravating factors. Breathing , exertion, etc could be musculoskeletal, GI , referred pain from neck, need to see pcp . What are u risk factors for cad? Htn, diabetes, smoker , choleaterol etc.
