Had outer&middle ear infection for 3 weeks. just finishing antibiotics but i dont think they made a difference.feel slightly better today& ears a bit clearer but slightly leaking small amounts of fluid.is this a sign infection is clearing or worse?

Hard to say: It is common for the fluid buildup of middle ear infections to persist for weeks after germs are killed & antibiotics are finished. It is not normal to leak fluid from the ears & may signal a hole in the ear drum or other canal drainage. I would want to re-examine the ears to understand why this is happening.
