Intermittent fevers: Any other symptoms? Body aches? joint pains? abdominal pain? back pain?Would follow up with ID but consider getting TB test, CXR for lymphoma/sarcoid ,sinus films for sinusitis , lyme, check thyroid, check ASO titer / strep and for endocarditis and consider checking for basic autoimmune process-ANA DS DNA rarely FMF but usually w/ abdominal issues. Dont worry.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. However, if you have not lost weight, do not have weakness, no swollen glands and are able to do your normal activities, this may be your normal temperature and you could wait and watch.
