This could be a kidney infection, even a kidney stone, but could consider gall bladder issues. See your doctor, get appropriate exam and testing. You cannot manage this yourself, especially at this time in India with COVID-19 raging.

If you have a Fever i understand it is your body fighting a virus or for other reasons, but if it is a virus is it best to let your body raise your temperature to make a hostile environment for virus or take Paracetamol to lower temperature.Confused.
