Imaging: focus on controlling modifiable risk factors as much as possible, repeat imaging with ionizing radiation offers no discernible or proven benefit and may have cumulative downside.plaque however minimal will progress, I suggest you add a high potency statin, beta blocker to your aspirin and ACE inhibitor.
