I was told on the 16th september 2019 that i have a lung infection but im supposed to have a nasal operation on the 4th october 2019 (deviated septum). is this enough time to recover from the lung infection or should i move the operation?

Lung infection : Call the surgeons office and let them know about the infection , the actual diagnosis and treatment ordered and they should make the decision., as they know how infection affect the outcome the the surgery planned.
