Pain in pregnancy : Your information is incomplete. Why and where did you need a stitch at 12 weeks? Your cervix? That’s one red flag. Also anytime regardless of pregnancy, right lower abdomen pain is concerning for appendicitis. If the symptoms persist, or getting worse, you need to go to the Emergency room to rule out Appendicitis vs Acute abdomen.
