24w pregnant: pain: Sharp pain in the lower right abdomen should be evaluated by your OB physician. Although rare, appendicitis can occur in pregnancy.

Tell your OB MD: You need to tell your OB MD of this issue during a prenatal examination who can then be more specific about whether this is anything to "worry" about or is a positional issue with the in lying fetus.
