Face : Dentomaxillofac Radiol. 2012 Dec; 41(8): 662–667. According to an article in the Journal of Head and Neck imaging facial temperature does change throughout the day, but no symetrical differences noted. Did you feel your face at different times? Enviromental exposure otherwise- sunlight, heat lamp etc. A process causing vasodilation such as infection, mass or neutitis possible.
