Probably spasm: The biggest part of the side of your head is a large chewing muscle. This muscle, like all muscles, can spasm causing the symptoms you are describing. Gum chewing, teeth clenching, stress etc. Can all aggravate the muscle causing pain. Try a soft diet, antiinflammatory medications and ice to the side if your head. If not a lot better in a few days see an ENT doctor and your dentist.

No: You are too young for an aneurysm. It doesn't sound like anything to worry about.
