Probably not: Binge drinking itself should not cause the symptoms that you describe. What is more concerning is if you hurt or hurt your head while binge drinking. The injury to the head can lead to hemmorrhages or blood clots in the brain that can lead to these symptoms.Long term effects of binge drinking can include a peripheral neuropathy that affects the extremities long term.

Uncertain: Drinking and related metabolic disorders can lead to neurologic symptoms. However, your one-sided symptoms raise some concern that something else is involved. In either case, i would advise a medical check up and if needed, a visit to a neurologist.
