Brain bleed?: Unfortunately, head injuries and concussions are common. Stuff just happens. Theoretically, Motrin and Advil might have a higher chance of bleeding in the first days after a concussion, compared to Tylenol. In reality, haven't heard of people bleeding after a concussion merely because they took a few Motrin or Advil. See: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5819847/
