My 7 year old is complaining about a heart pain, this happened after she cried a lot however it's a day later and she's still complaining about the pain?

Unlikely heart: At 7 the pain would not be from the heart. Only the blood vessels have nerve endings for pain & 7 yo don't have vessel disease. The location also includes chest wall, underlying skin & deeper is the entrance to the stomach at the level of the heart. Stress/diet/acidic drinks & consumption of sodas all can produce "heartburn" at any age. A brief trial of antacid may help.
