Deep skin growth keeps coming back after removing with tweezers. it always comes back in the same spot on my back. it's about 3mm long, skin colored. no infection. is it a blackhead? how do i keep it from coming back?

Have it examined: If your treatment plan is not working you need to have it examined so a workable fix can be provided. This may be a form of a wart or other such growth. Removal often requires removal below the skin line to get the root. There are some skin colored defects that are more worrisome but rare.
