Life is short: Many things are possible in life. Haven't heard of anyone having automobile anaphylaxis. Life is short, so we take our chances or miss out on lots of things. If ethylene glycol is a worry, consider an open-top car (for ventilation) or keep windows down (may need to live where it rarely rains)... and consider air-cooled (classic VW-Porsche) or all-electric to avoid ethylene glycol liquid coolant.

Fix your car: Clearly something in your car is making you ill. It could be a wide variety of chemicals as well as mold or even high EMF's. Without knowing what it is we can't know if it could cause anaphylaxis. Make an effort to find out what it is in your car that is making you ill and get it fixed, or sell your car.
