My 15 days old baby is constipated. i have changed from nan 1 to s 26, but he is still constipated?

? constipation ? : Breast fed babies can go once every week & be normal. Formula babies usually go more often. If they are soft that is okay. If they are making rabbit pellets or harder poop, an ounce of full strength prune juice 1-3X/day spaced out will loosen them within 3 days.
