Diverticulitis: Diverticulitis is small sacs of intestinal mucosa that are inflamed or infected. Low dietary fiber may be a cause. Prevention – regular exercise, hydrate well, prevent constipation, avoid refined food, ^’ed fiber intake & adding bulk to diet (psyllium).
