Foot rash: Differenti.al diagnosis of this rash includes tinea (fungus), psoriasis, with possibly superimposed bacterial infection. Often, lactic acid cream at night with socks helps. Possible topical steroids if clinically indicated. Dermatology consultation if treatment fails
