A doctor has provided 1 answer

Stone: This appears to be a silent kidney stone that we usually leave alone. Be aware that it's present in case it starts moving at which time back and flank pain occurs. Should this happen drink lots of fluid and strain all your urine with a handkerchief so the stone can be caught and analyzed. Severe pain go to the emergency room and Consult a urologist for care or advice.
