Yes: Incubation is usually 2-6 days (range 2-14).Seventy to 80% of those infected will show no symptoms. Only 1% will have meningitis or other neurological issues. It is early to say you have nothing to worry about but risk is small, even if you were exposed. Treatment is supportive when this is confirmed by blood tests.

Unlikely: It is unlikely that you contracted West Nile from the mosquito bite. Data from the Centers for Disease Control for this year show low activity of West Nile Virus in Illinois (only 3 cases reported this year).
