Hi my husband who is diabetic had his big toe nail removed on the 25/08/19 he had an infection under his nail the dr took the bandage of on tue but didn't say how to clean the toe plz advice me on how to clean it plz?

Clean water : Sorry it took so long for answer, you can use bottled water and soap, please make sure you are using sterile gauze (you can do this when showering) then dry and apply some antiseptic if glucose is under control there’s should be no infection risk.
