In large majority of population there is asymptomatic h pylori . but if visualisation with a scope is done. is low grade inflammation or signs visible on stomach lining ? or its as good as someone who does not have h pylori in the first place.

Depends: H pylori and hyper acidity and GER are causal but not necessarily and only cause. Certainly one can have an erosion or ulcer and not have H pylori. At the same time H pylori serology positive does not mean one has an ulcer.
