7 months pregnant, yellow dirahoea over 7 days pain in upper stomach, neasuea, lots of wind, stomach makes alot of sounds like air trapped inside, struggling to sleep please help is it serious was in hospital for dehydration on day 3?

Are u still in : Hospital? If so, your doctors/nurses would answer you better. If your question is about whether this condition, gastroenteritis, that you have can affect your unborn child? Possibly yes, if severe and not treated timely. If you aren't hospitalised, kindly see your doctor or go to urgent care or ER, meanwhile keep yourself well hydrated, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
