Depends: If she is passing urine and eating well, you may give it a chance to heal. Make sure that she has sufficient intake of water and other liquids. How many times is she passing stool/day? Is is liquid? If there is any change in her mental state, or if she seems listless, go to the hospital. Wish her good health. Make sure her vaccinations are up to date.
