Not in humans: The prions causing Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease (CJD) in humans have only been found in brain and spinal fluid. Morticians taking care of victims of CJD don't need special precautions if an autopsy has not been performed, however if autopsy WAS performed, then precautions need to be made not to have contact with any potential brain or spinal fluid. It can't be spread via semen or saliva.
