Hi my baby is 5 weeks old she has not pooped in almost 48 hours she's been eating fine (breastfeeding) peeing about 5-7 diapers a day.. what could the reason be she hasn't pooped?

A breast fed infant can poop a small smear with every feed, or a diaper filler once a week. By itself this is not alarming or a sign of any gut issue. As long as the kid is a good feeder & seems to be filling out/active I would not worry about it.
