Hello, my spouse and i are 24 weeks pregnant and we've recently noticed spot bleeding from her nipples. we've checked for lumps, with our gp and there are none. shes been given a topical cream to use for 7 days, still spotting though. worried. ?

Breast: Bloody nipple discharge would include the following: breast mass, Paget's disease of breast, breast tumor, infection. Recheck with your PCP. Although no mass palpable some intraductal process possible. Glad you are not ignoring this.
