The vaginal bright red vaginal bleeding is still happening. not on my period nor pregnant. i am a virgin. this morning i noticed a lump in my left lower quadrant area. i feels a bit solid. also it's not on my ride side. i am scared. what could it be?

Need to see GYN MD: Unfortunately, an accurate answer cannot be given in this forum without a physical/pelvic examination.
