Need to see GYN MD: Unfortunately, an accurate answer cannot be given in this forum without a physical/pelvic examination. An abdominal mass such as a uterine fibroid can cause excessive bright red vaginal bleeding and will feel solid as well as an ovarian growth/tumor. You need to see a GYN MD ASAP to determine the solution and cause.
