Can a 2 week old baby have a cold? seems like my son is coughing and is seems like his chest is congested bcoz of his breathing

More likely irritant: Nasal congestion at that age is most often due to exposure to fragrance, dust, smoke or other odors.This often causes swelling inside the nose & mucous buildup. Infants then wheeze/rattle or cough as a result. A vigorous saline nose wash used in liberal amounts will often help. Removing airborne irritants like dust/perfumes/etc helps more in the long run.
