Heat: MRI is electromagnetic energy and this is known to heat tissue. https://nyaspubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1749-6632.1992.tb49617.x This is a link to an article from the New York academy of science that discusses possibilites. The machines are to be set to limit this effect. However, like with cell phones people can have various sensitivites.
