A member asked:

I had a cornea transplant yesterday. i was applying my eye drops as instructed a few minutes ago and noticed that my eye is now blue as opposed to it's original brown color. should i be concerned?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: The colored part of the eye appears blue because the transplant is swollen. As the swelling goes down, the eye will look brown again. I would not worry.
