My son is 9 months old , what can i use for enczema over counter lotion ?

Moisturizer : Many children have eczema which resolves by the age 3 years, while other children develop allergic disease. Family history of allergic disease is one risk factor for the latter. A mild dose of steroid cream to the body, but not his face or diaper are and moisturizer without fragrance may improve his eczema. Note any flare ups in relation to certain foods.
