No: While there can be side effects from antibiotics tiredness is often a sign of significant adverse effect as neither of these meds has that as a prominent side effect

Don't know reason.: Per Drugs. Com - drowsiness has been reported with Ibuprofen however, frequency has not been determined. This has not been reported with Clindamycin. Per Drugs.Com no significant drug interactions have been reported between these two medications.
