Nocturnal pain: Has to be always investigated thoroughly and I recommend getting in to see your primary care doc for an exam and further tests as felt needed. Mean time you can premedicate in the evening with over the counter acetaminophen or ibuprofen, providing you have no other allergies or contraindications. The sooner you see doc the better.
