Abdominal pain: Right side pain under the ribs is usually gallbladder related- because of stones or a blockage of the gallbladder, or poor function. Gallbladder pain many times also causes radiation of pain into the back on the right side. Pneumonia can also occasionally give you pain under the ribs. If it continues suggest calling your physician.
