I recently started going to the gym and i am experiencing menstrual bleeding. i have the implanon for 4 years and never get periods, should i be concerned.

Implanon: May have reached the end of it's hormone effectiveness, they a rated for three years of contraception, but may work longer. However, this can be what your are seeing, as the hormone levels from the device have become lower, hence the bleeding.
