Hmmm...biopsy: Implanon = etonogestrel, is good for 3 years. It's well-known to cause DUB, "dysfunctional" uterine bleeding. Ponstan = mefenamic acid = NSAID, a drug family associated with bleeding due to reversible platelet binding. That said, it also modulates prostaglandin production thus promoting vasoconstriction to stop blood flow. Find out why you started bleeding after 2y. May need endometrial biopsy.

Maybe: The main side-effect of implanon is irregular bleeding and this could be nothing more than that .Take care.
